During your first session you'll complete a brief consultation, discuss goals, and receive a tailored 60-minute massage. Therapists adjust pressure, focus on priority areas, and offer aftercare tips. Expect a professional, relaxing experience in a private treatment room.
We provide a short intake either online or on arrival to collect health history and preferences. Please arrive ten minutes early to complete any remaining forms so your therapist can begin promptly and focus on your customized treatment.
Absolutely. Your therapist will discuss preferred pressure and priority areas during the consultation and adjust techniques throughout the 60 minutes. Communicate openly about comfort levels so we can focus treatment where you need it most for effective results.
Yes. This first-time 60-minute introductory massage is offered exclusively at our Paramus location. We designed it for new guests to experience our space and therapists; please check directions, parking, and arrival instructions before your appointment.
Certain acute conditions may delay or modify treatment. Avoid booking with fever, contagious illness, open wounds, recent surgery, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. If pregnant or have chronic conditions, notify us so your therapist can recommend safe modifications or referral.
Wear whatever makes you comfortable; you can stay in undergarments or change here. Arrive hydrated, avoid heavy meals right before, and remove jewelry. Your therapist uses professional draping so only the area being worked on is exposed for privacy and comfort.
