This introductory offer focuses on reflexology only and does not include Myofascial release, MLD, or prenatal modifications.
Appointments typically last 45 to 60 minutes depending on your needs and intake time. The session includes consultation, foot therapy, and aftercare advice. Please arrive five to ten minutes early to complete necessary forms and discuss any health concerns.
This introductory reflexology deal excludes prenatal treatments and is not appropriate for pregnant clients seeking pregnancy-specific care. If you're pregnant, please book a dedicated prenatal reflexology session or consult your provider. We can recommend safe alternatives and experienced prenatal therapists.
Contraindications include active foot infections, open wounds, recent foot surgery, deep vein thrombosis, uncontrolled diabetes, severe circulatory or cardiac conditions, and contagious skin diseases.
