Get answers to common questions about Fascial Release First-Time Client.

During your first session we perform an intake, assess fascial restrictions, and use gentle targeted fascial-release techniques tailored to your needs. Session excludes myofascial, MLD and prenatal methods. Therapist will explain sensations and provide post-care guidance.

This introductory fascial-release session is designed to ease fascial tightness and improve mobility, which can reduce pain for many clients. Results vary; we do not offer myofascial, MLD or prenatal techniques in this package. A consult helps determine suitability.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing and arrive hydrated. Bring medical history and any relevant imaging or notes. Avoid heavy meals beforehand. Expect a brief intake and movement assessment; communicate any sensitivities so your therapist can tailor pressure and techniques safely.

Contraindications include open wounds, active infection, recent surgery, deep vein thrombosis, uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, and certain cancers. Pregnancy-related treatments are excluded from this first-time offer. Always disclose medications and health history so we can advise and modify care.

Most clients experience gentle pressure; you may feel mild discomfort or stretching as adhesions release. Pain is not the goal. Therapists communicate throughout and adjust pressure for your comfort. Some post-session soreness is normal and typically resolves within a day or two.

This offer is a single introductory session; follow-up frequency varies. Many clients benefit from a series of three to six treatments spaced weekly or biweekly, then maintenance as needed. Your therapist will recommend a personalized plan based on response and goals.
