Kanda is amazing!!!! I found Kanda just through Google when my wife was in a lot of pain from a pinched nerve and was looking for a massage asap. My wife has been to a lot of masseuses and says that Kanda is one of the best she has been to. Her services are very reasonably priced and she is also just the nicest and most pleasant person to be around. The next week, I got a massage from Kanda and my wife got one from Larry. I can confirm that Kanda is outstanding!! It really feels like she understands your body and what you need and I had such a relaxing massage the week before my wedding.

Fast forward to the day before my wedding, I had an idea (and I know that Kanda travels for massages) I thought, what if I have Kanda come to our wedding venue first thing in the morning when we started getting ready and surprise my then-fiancee with a massage? I texted Kanda and conveniently, it fit in her schedule to come out to our venue before her first appointment of the day. She came early and she was able to squeeze in a 15 minute foot massage for myself (my feet had been hurting from wearing heels the night before and I had my whole wedding day ahead of me!). She then did a 30 minute neck and back massage for my now-wife which worked out perfectly -- she brought her massage chair and set it up right there in the getting ready room and my wife got her massage amidst her bridesmaids getting their hair and makeup done! It was very iconic and was a great surprise to my wife to start our wedding day off. She was warm and welcoming and did a thorough initial consult to discuss what areas I wanted to focus on, any current or prior injuries and possible allergies. To be as transparent and vulnerable as I can, I needed this experience to help me let go of trauma trapped in my body and this fiercely strong woman helped me do just that. I cannot recommend Spoiled by Kanda in Paramus, NJ enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The entire center feels so blissful and welcoming, and Kanda and her staff are some of the sweetest, most compassionate people you'll ever meet.

I brought my elderly mother in because she was experiencing severe swelling in her ankles and legs. Kanda performed a lymphatic drainage massage, and the results were incredible. After her treatment, my mom was able to walk much more comfortably, the swelling had gone down enough for her to fit her feet back into her sneakers, and she simply felt so much better overall.

More than anything, Kanda treated our mom with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. She provided not only physical relief but also comfort and peace of mind for our family. That level of compassion is something you don't find everywhere.

Wish we had pictures because the spot looks amazing and relaxing. When you walk in the music is serene, Kanda and Larry are so welcoming and have great energy it was laughs and great vibes all through out the experience.

I definitely recommend coming here if you have a lot of stress and work a lot of hours, well come here anyways if you don’t and relax some more because the way I’m feeling got me feeling invulnerable. We got a couples massage with cupping and hot stones and we were also able to work in a prenatal massage for my fiancé, she’s glowing happy and we’re both feeling lighter and brand new we’re definitely coming back and not looking back at any other spa place!

I hope that this feedback helps others find this gem. I come all the way from Astoria, Queens to get massages from her. She is simply outstanding! From the first day I met her. I loved her contagious energy.

Once on her massage table you'll see she loves what she does and knows what she is doing! You will feel it emanate through her touch. As others have mentioned, she is intuitive so trust that she will take care of you.
I am a big fan of her lymphatic drainage massage.

Her space is clean and minimally decorated.

I recently experienced a really bad muscle and nerve spasm that left me in tears 😭. I tried contacting multiple places to find someone who could tend to me that same day since it was an emergency. I had a really hard time finding someone who had availability or that could come to me because I was unable to move. I called Spoiled by Kanda but she was close that day. I met Kanda in 2019 and have never found anyone as good as her. She's so good that when we lost touch during the pandemic (broken phone, new number) I periodically looked for her on google (until I found her again!). Why is Kanda so great? (1) She just has gifted hands. She works out the knots in smooth, well connected motions that are effective without being painful or feeling like she's just poking at your problem spot the whole time. I have a bad, chronic shoulder injury that impacts my arms, neck, back, etc, and she just gets how it all works together and what needs to be pressed and poked to get relief. She also easily accommodated me throughout a pregnancy. (2) She incorporates stretching along with massage to really get your whole body to relax. (3) She's really easy to talk to OR just be in comfortable silence around. She's easy going and a professional. (4) Her new studio is in a very cool, IG-worthy set-up. I was skeptical about it (thinking about the dozens of massage therapists I've visited working out of sad 1980's medical offices) but it's gorgeous and worth the trip. I have been struggling with chronic back pain for years. I was looking on IG for a massage therapist and came across Spoiled by Kanda’s page. When I contacted her and told her my issues she suggested I come in for heat therapy and a medical/sports massage. She was very patient on the phone in explaining her services, which made me feel optimistic about this helping. When I arrived she did things very different then the massages I had before. She included stretching as part of the therapy while she was massaging me. She also worked on my quads, glutes, and hamstrings for a good part of the massage. She explained how this contributes allot to back pain, which was something no therapist ever focused on in the past. They usually treat my lower back for a large portion of the treatment. She also utilized technology that I never received before that helped immensely at the end. The prices were very fair for what I received. I felt alleviation not only physically but mentally which is so important to me. My experience with Kanda might sound too good to be true. But honey! I am 24 weeks pregnant at the time of the massage, dealing with extreme discomfort-pain. I have had an extremely hard pregnancy, with that being said my body has been suffering. Stiffness, knots, pain and discomfort no matter what i did to find relief. I read her reviews and was convinced she was going to help me. Kanda did just that! She gave me the biggest relief. She was so patient, loving and caring.
